A little about us and how we started.
My name is Austin, a Wisconsin native, I moved to the Clemson area three years ago to escape the harsh winters and pursue a business degree at Midlands Technical College with the plan to one day transfer to Clemson University.
During my time in the low country, I worked numerous jobs to pay the bills that made it difficult for me to prioritize my education. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset, so while attending a business course I came up with the idea for QuikMoves Clemson – a company with a twofold mission to provide a much-needed service to the local community at an affordable rate, while at the same time helping young adults (like myself) gain work experience in a flexible and laid-back work environment that doesn’t interfere with their education and career aspirations.
